How to Request Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and have your personal data removed from our systems, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Deletion Request
    • Email: Send a message to privacy@primeman.al with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
    • In-App/Form: Alternatively, log into your account and visit primeman.al/account/delete, fill out the form, and click “Submit.”
  2. Verify Your Identity
    To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your request by one of the following methods:
    • Replying from the email address registered on your account.
    • Uploading a government-issued ID (black out any sensitive numbers).
  3. Processing Timeline
    • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days.
    • Full deletion of your account and all associated personal data will be completed within 30 days of verification.
  4. What Gets Deleted
    • Account Credentials & Profile Data: Your name, email, shipping/billing addresses, and any profile information.
    • Order History & Transaction Records: Order details, payment confirmations, and shipping records.
    • Preferences & Saved Items: Wishlists, saved payment methods, and marketing preferences.
  5. Data We Cannot Immediately Delete
    • Legal & Tax Records: We may retain certain transaction data as required by law (e.g., tax or accounting). Such information will be securely archived and no longer used for marketing or profiling.
    • Anonymized Logs: We may keep non-identifiable, aggregated logs for analytics and fraud-prevention purposes.
  6. Confirmation of Deletion
    Once your data has been removed, we will send you a final confirmation email. After that point, your account cannot be restored, and you would need to create a new account to shop with us again.
